How can I apply for assistance from Jack’s Helping Hand?

To qualify for an award, individuals must complete an application (Spanish Version), including a professional’s referral (i.e. medical doctor; physical, occupational or speech therapist; social worker). Jack’s Helping Hand’s Board of Directors review these applications and award benefits in accordance with the corporation’s available resources. Jack’s Helping Hand never directly distributes funds to individuals.

The significant donations of our Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors are critical for Jack’s Helping Hand to provide the many vital programs and services that benefit the special needs children and their families in our community including the Jack Ready Therapy Room and the upcoming Jack Ready Imagination Park. Jack’s Helping Hand provides public recognition of these sponsors in print and web publications and at public events featuring the projects they contributed to.
